Seed Sales Specialist Opportunity in Saxony

We are seeking a highly motivated Seed Sales Specialist to join our team in Saxony. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert agronomic advice and support for all KWS crops, acting as the first point of contact for our latest varieties and digital offerings, and maintaining and expanding customer relationships through on-site consulting and sales.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the region, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.

About you:
  • Hold a degree in agricultural sciences or a comparable field.
  • Possess proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector, along with in-depth knowledge of agricultural crops and seed products.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
