Agricultural Development Specialist

KWS SAAT SE is seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Development Specialist to join our team. As an Agricultural Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our sugar beet seed business in Turkey.

In this position, you will be responsible for collecting information on products, markets, and technologies by following up and monitoring trials. You will also follow the product life cycle, from development to maturity, and implement and follow up commercial strip & demo trials. Additionally, you will support content creation and sales argumentation, conduct demo fields with technical and commercial purposes, and handle technical complaints.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering departments of universities, preferably with a Master's degree in sugar beet. You must have experience and knowledge of Turkish farming conditions, agricultural market, and the seed business. Fluency in Turkish and English languages, verbal and written, is essential, as well as tech savviness and advanced user skills in IT tools, Microsoft Office, and the internet.

The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
