Capital Utility Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Feasibility Manager to join our team at CVL:LDN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing large diameter water and gas pipelines and high voltage power projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead feasibility studies and site surveys to ensure compliance with programme and budget
  • Liaise with clients and relevant authorities regarding working methods and procedures
  • Compile project programmes using MS Project and work closely with Project Planners
  • Provide operational and technical guidance with bid preparation for tender programmes
  • Ensure that all SHEQ policies and procedures are in place

Requirements:

  • Previous utility Project Management experience with good knowledge of methods of construction for deep excavations, NRSWA regulations, and Streetwork permitting
  • Qualified with NRSWA Supervisor and SMSTS
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including MS Project
