Senior Procurement Manager

Are you a senior procurement professional seeking a new challenge in a dynamic organization? We're looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager to join our team at Talent Drive | B Corp™

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement projects for various areas of spend, including FM, Repairs, Construction, IT, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality, commercial, and customer-focused procurement service.
  • Manage, monitor, and coordinate the procurement forward plan.
  • Develop and deliver effective sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and added value.
  • Actively manage strategic relationships with suppliers and lead on commercial negotiations.
  • Have strong knowledge of Public Procurement Regulations and internal Group policies.
  • Lead high-value, complex procurement projects in line with Public Contracts Regulations.
  • Creation and implementation of key processes to support the Procurement function.
  • Manage a team of high-performing procurement professionals and support their development.
  • Lead the team in developing and delivering the procurement programme through an effective business partnering approach.

Requirements:

  • Strong end-to-end generalist procurement experience across indirect or direct services.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management and stakeholders.
  • Ideal Public sector procurement background with experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Experience of Public Contract Regulations is a must.
  • Experience of developing and embedding third-party management frameworks.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized, process, and team-oriented with the ability to prioritize quickly.
  • Highly motivated self-starter: ability to initiate and manage work with minimal supervision.
  • Commercially aware and financially astute.
