We are seeking a qualified and experienced counsellor to join our Stroud team as a Residential Counsellor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our clients and providing comprehensive trauma-informed one-to-one counselling, facilitating dynamic group therapy sessions, and leading psychoeducational workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one counselling to clients, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, promoting a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their experiences
