As an Electrical and Mechanical Professional with the SERT Group Limited, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. You will enjoy working autonomously, travelling to dedicated sites as our client's first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance.

The role involves a range of mechanical tasks, including emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work. You will have the ability to confidently carry out these tasks and ideally, have experience in HVAC and multi-skilled M&E engineering.

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience in a similar M&E Engineer role or equivalent
  • A valid UK driver's license and awareness of health & safety procedures

Additionally, you will benefit from a competitive salary of £35,131 - £40,400 per annum, depending on your level of experience, and access to state-of-the-art training academy with funded training sponsorship scheme. The role also offers enhanced overtime rates, 4% bonus subject to targets, door-to-door pay, 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, van, fuel card, and more.
