About the Role
This is a pivotal position for Hibox, a subsidiary of Accedo Broadband, seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to spearhead and expand global sales efforts. As the VP of Global Sales, you will be responsible for steering the sales strategy, leading a dynamic team, and scaling operations across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement Hibox's global sales strategy to achieve growth objectives.
- Team Management: Oversee and manage the activities of the sales team across different regions, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet and exceed sales targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets, leveraging your network and expertise to expand Hibox's global footprint.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and that Hibox continues to deliver exceptional value.
- Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to the executive team. Use this data to adjust strategies and forecast future sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the technology or software industry, with a focus on global markets.
- Extensive experience in managing and scaling sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level SaaS solutions and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support global sales efforts.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English. Additional language knowledge is a plus.
