Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Risk Manager to join our team at Sacco Mann. The successful candidate will have a strong background in compliance auditing and risk management, with a focus on ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance within our client's legal departments.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks. A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience, as well as an extensive benefits package and opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating monthly quality assessments across various legal departments
  • Carrying out risk evaluations and providing reports on potential issues
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive quality log for audits, identifying key trends
  • Analysing historical data to enhance quality processes and drive continuous improvement
  • Overseeing firm-wide performance from a quality assurance standpoint
  • Supporting the Head of Compliance in preparing for external audits and compliance reviews

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in compliance auditing or risk management
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
