About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM and PY expert to join our team at Axiom Software Solutions Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure SAP HCM and PY modules with expertise in Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, Time Management, and SAP UK Payroll.
  • Provide extensive exposure to SAP ECC HCM modules, including Personnel Management, Training & Event Management, and Performance Management.
  • Develop and maintain ABAP programming skills, with a focus on hands-on experience.
  • Integrate SAP HCM with other SAP products and 3rd-party systems using tools like SAP CPI.
  • Participate in SAP full-lifecycle implementations or system upgrades, and support packs.
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Exposure to SAP technical modules, including Basis, Security, and SAP PI.
  • Experience with SAP Workflows and programming languages like JavaScript and Groovy.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Time Management, Java, Payroll, Performance Management, JavaScript, Groovy, ABAP, Mentoring, Workflow, Excel, and Communication Skills.
