Care Assistant Job Description

**Job Summary**

We're seeking a compassionate and committed part-time support worker to join our expanding team in the Ilkley and Otley areas. As a care assistant, you'll work 15 hours per week, with shifts from 7:00 am to 10:30 am, including alternate weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes
* Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care and service
* Develop strong relationships with clients and their families
* Maintain accurate records and reports

**What We Offer**

* A competitive hourly rate of £12.25 Mon-Fri and £13.25 Sat/Sun
* Paid travel time and mileage at 40p/mile

**Requirements**

* Be over the age of 18
* Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle
* Have the right to work in the UK

**DBS Disclosure and References**

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
