The Role

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Mayfield View, a beautiful care home in a fantastic location. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing a high standard of care, assisting residents, and promoting their independence. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional care and support, ensuring our residents receive the best possible experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide a high standard of care to our residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional care and support, ensuring our residents receive the best possible experience.
  • Assist residents with their needs, providing emotional support and comfort when required.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You

We're looking for a kind and caring individual with a passion for people. You'll be a good listener, able to make conversation with people from all walks of life, and a team player who works well with others. While care experience is not essential, we'll provide full training to support your growth and development.
