About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Mayfield View, a beautiful care home in a fantastic location. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.

Your duties will include providing a high standard of care, assisting residents with daily tasks, and supporting them in maintaining their independence. You will also be responsible for promoting a safe and welcoming environment, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About You

We are looking for someone who is kind, caring, and passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and be able to maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of our residents.
