Reed - Further Education is seeking a skilled Plumbing Lecturer to teach Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing to post 16 students.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Plumbing lessons to learners at Level 2 and Level 3 level.
- Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the needs of learners.
- Assess and provide feedback on student progress.
- Support learners in achieving their educational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all college policies and procedures.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements:
- PGCE / Cert Ed / PTLLS or other Level 3 + teaching qualification.
- At least L3 in Plumbing or similar discipline.
- Recent experience of working in the industry.
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their optimum.
- Exceptional verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of current teaching practices and experience of utilising a range of teaching practices to enhance learner journey and progression.
