Job Title: Plumbing Lecturer

Location: Worksop

Pay: £25 - £35 per hour including holiday pay

Duration: 37 hours per week

Reed - Further Education is seeking a skilled Plumbing Lecturer to teach Level 2 and Level 3 Plumbing to post 16 students.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality Plumbing lessons to learners at Level 2 and Level 3 level.
  • Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the needs of learners.
  • Assess and provide feedback on student progress.
  • Support learners in achieving their educational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all college policies and procedures.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

  • PGCE / Cert Ed / PTLLS or other Level 3 + teaching qualification.
  • At least L3 in Plumbing or similar discipline.
  • Recent experience of working in the industry.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners to achieve their optimum.
  • Exceptional verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of current teaching practices and experience of utilising a range of teaching practices to enhance learner journey and progression.
