About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ecologist to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for leading ecological surveys, managing projects, and delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ecological surveys and develop project plans to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the consultancy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in ecological consultancy, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
