- Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective service provision, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies that enhance resident satisfaction, foster strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with housing operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
- Communication and Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a housing management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge and Expertise: Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, best practices, and industry standards in housing operations.
What We Offer:

Working Hours:
