About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Construction Safety Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees, contractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain safety-related registers and trackers.
  • Conduct regular audits and due diligence checks to monitor safety performance of PC's to fulfill our role as a Client.
  • Provide advice and guidance to applicable teams on the requirements of the CDM health and safety file.
  • Collate and report monthly monitoring and performance data received from our partners and external consultants.
Requirements
  1. Be professionally competent with a minimum of NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate and be affiliated to an internationally recognized health and safety institute.
  2. Demonstrable construction knowledge, with an understanding of construction/maintenance terminology and processes, H&S legislation applicable to construction and/or M&E - Housing Sector experience will be advantageous.
  3. Good understanding and experience with Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 specifically on the Client side including undertaking contractor audits.
  4. Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and standard Microsoft programmes.
  5. Ability to react quickly to ad hoc requests.
