About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring contractor safety performance, conducting regular audits, and maintaining safety-related registers. You will also provide guidance and advice to teams on CDM health and safety files and collaborate with partners and consultants.

  • Monitor and maintain safety-related registers and trackers.
  • Conduct regular audits and due diligence checks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable construction knowledge and understanding of related terminology.
  • Experience with CDM regulations and health and safety best practices.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • £45,762 per annum (London Weighted).
  • 28 days annual leave rising to 31 days, plus bank holidays.
