Corporate Lawyer

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join our successful and busy team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and commercial law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance. You will be required to have a general corporate/commercial background with experience in dealing with both small and large clients and be able to demonstrate your technical ability and a natural flair for business development/marketing.

The team of 3 is Partner led, and the focus of work is on owner-managed businesses, including a wide range of corporate clients from start-ups and subsidiaries of overseas companies and public sector limited companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert advice on corporate and commercial law matters
• Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance transactions
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
