G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join our successful and busy team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Associate with a general corporate/commercial background and experience in dealing with both small and large clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical ability and a natural flair for business development/marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the delivery of corporate and commercial services to a wide range of clients, including owner-managed businesses and subsidiaries of overseas companies.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the team, including business development and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the Partner-led team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong technical ability in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience in dealing with both small and large clients.
• Natural flair for business development and marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
