About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Criminal Law Specialist to join our team at Executive Network Legal Limited. As a Senior Prosecutions Lawyer, you will play a key role in our Prosecutions department, working on a variety of cases and providing expert advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct court advocacy and case preparation, review, and advisory work
- Work from home at least 2-3 days per week, with a varied and intellectually stimulating workload
- Participate in induction training, bespoke training modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching
- Make solid and well-reasoned decisions, utilizing exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
- Hold a practising certificate in England and Wales
- Have more than 2 years of experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions
- Display a genuine passion for this area of law
