About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide training and clinical support to enhance your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Experience working with children is desired.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
