Home Care Support Worker

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant with Bright Dawn Home Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care services that prioritize comfort, dignity, and independence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support with daily activities, such as meal preparation and medication reminders
• Promote independence and maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families
• Follow individual care plans and document any changes or observations
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who possess compassion, empathy, and excellent communication skills. If you are reliable, flexible, and able to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
• Current UK Driving License and your own vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Good standard of oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility - must be available to work mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
