About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Domiciliary Care Assistant to join our team at Bright Dawn Home Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to our clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist clients with stoma care and management, ensuring their needs are met
- Support individuals with cerebral palsy, learning and physical disabilities, and their daily activities
- Implement effective moving and handling practices to ensure client safety
- Document and report any changes in the client's condition to relevant team members

Requirements:
- Proven experience in domiciliary care, preferably with specific training in stoma care, cerebral palsy, and working with individuals with learning and physical disabilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of moving and handling techniques
- A compassionate, patient, and caring nature
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
- Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel to clients' homes
