Compassionate Support Worker

We are looking for a motivated and caring Care Assistant to join our HC One team. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Main Duties:- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
