Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work with our Reward team and contribute to the development of our compensation strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our Reward framework, including governance, education, and supporting tools. You will also contribute to the development and deployment of new Reward initiatives, including best practice policies, processes, and governance.

You will work closely with our Business & People teams to influence and facilitate change, providing specialist insight and reward advice. Your expertise will be essential in analysing industry, market trends, and internal Reward data to identify solutions that improve performance.

This is a unique opportunity to make your mark within the business and bring fresh ideas to the table through change management.

About the Role
  • Lead the implementation of our Reward framework, including governance, education, and supporting tools.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience of job evaluation methodologies such as WTW or Hay.
  • Reward management or influencing small teams of HR professionals.
  • Proven experience of working as a successful business partner ideally supporting stakeholders internationally.
  • Experience of leading and driving change management and organisational projects.
