Mentor for Inclusive Education

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sussex schools.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN support and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to meet the needs of students.
Key Tasks:- Supporting students with complex needs in educational settings.
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized plans.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Experience in supporting children with SEN.
- Relevant qualifications in SEN support or education.
- Ability to provide flexible and adaptive support.
- Willingness to work in diverse school environments.
Estimated Salary: £20,500 per annum
