Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Mentor for Children with Special Needs to join our team at Academics Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff and therapists to provide academic support to students with special educational needs. As a Mentor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic support to students with special educational needs, including those with moderate learning difficulties and additional mental health needs
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and therapists to deliver effective interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Assist teachers in the classroom to ensure students receive the support they need

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
