Transaction Analysis Specialist

Venture Search is looking for a skilled analyst to join our team, specializing in transaction analysis and financial modeling for GP-led secondary transactions. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing investment opportunities, developing financial models, and advising clients on market strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills in financial modeling, transaction analysis, and client relationship management. The salary range for this position is expected to be between $90,000 and $140,000 annually, based on location and experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities for private equity GPs and LPs
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for GP-led secondary transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including GP clients and investors
  • Create engaging marketing materials to support business development efforts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in financial modeling, preferably with expertise in LBO models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
