We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team at Express Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in the Engineering sector.
About the Role:- Take ownership of our established and expanding Engineering division, covering roles in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Surveying.
- Develop business, chase leads, talent find, interview, and skills match to drive desk success.
- Negotiate job offers and recruitment fees, expanding our presence with job seekers and businesses in the Engineering sector.
- Record new vacancies accurately and in line with Employment Agencies Act legislation.
- Self-motivated and ambitious individual with a stable work history and considerable office-based work experience.
- Previous employment experience within the technical sector, including building merchants, trade counters, tool hire, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Money motivated and hungry for success, with a desire to build the business and personal brand.
- GCSE grades B or higher in Maths and English are essential.
- Great earning potential with highly competitive commission and bonus structure OTE £40K+.
- 28 days holiday (incl bank hols) increasing to 33 days after 1 years' service.
- Reduced working hours at Christmas.

- Full time working from the office.

Monday-Friday, 9:00am -5:30pm (sometimes later if you want to catch a candidate).
