Material Handler and Logistics Specialist

The Norfolk and Suffolk Constabularies' Transport Services Department aims to provide effective vehicle and transportation solutions to support its operations.

We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team in the Transport Services Vehicle Stores department at Martlesham Heath, Ipswich, focusing on tasks like:

• Managing vehicle component supplies and storage
• Preparing and picking service and maintenance components
• Coordinating stock inventory and movement

• Physical stamina to handle heavy items

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

Candidates with the following qualifications will be advantageous:

• A valid full driving license

This part-time position demands 15 hours of work per week, from Wednesday to Friday, with flexible hours between 08:00 and 16:30. The estimated annual salary for this role is £18,750.
