About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Patient Pathway Team as a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator. This exciting development opportunity will support the Patient Pathway Performance manager in delivering Referral To Treatment targets and Service and Financial Framework targets.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with staff groups across the Health Board on behalf of the Surgical Specialties Directorate, providing and receiving routine information and distributing it to relevant staff. They will also be responsible for highlighting and communicating any risk of breaches to clinicians and managers to enable further action to be taken.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience of healthcare systems, a previous NHS background, and experience in information analysis. They will also have the ability to use patient management systems, knowledge of RTT guidelines, and knowledge of health board values.
