Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a local Hounslow School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children in the early years department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote children's learning and development.
  2. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
  3. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, informing parents and contributing to the school's assessment process.
  4. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum-aligned teaching.
  5. Assist in the management of resources and materials to maintain a safe and enabling learning environment.
  6. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Enhanced Child DBS check
  • DBS update service subscription
  • Safeguarding certificate (dated within the last year) or willingness to obtain one
  • Level 2 or 3 Child Care Diploma or NVQ

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer free child protection and prevent duty training to our registered candidates.
