About the Role

The Precision Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join their team. As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing aspects of houses, ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard.

This is a 10-week contract position with an immediate start. You will work alongside the Site Manager and Site Team to manage the finishing aspects of houses.

  • Responsible for ensuring that trades and subcontractors complete works to a high standard to completion
  • Prepare necessary snag lists
  • Delegating/Managing trades and sub-contractors
  • Maintaining and promoting Health & Safety and environmental standards (EQS)
  • Liaise with other department managers and other members of the construction team
  • Reporting to the Site Manager on Health & Safety, site logistics, and progression of work
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally come from a trade's background and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. You will need a proven track record working for a leading house build developer, excellent customer and business communication skills, SMSTS 5 Day Health & Safety or SSSTS, CSCS Supervisor Card, and First Aid At Work certification.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a short-term contract position. The hourly rate is £25.00ph working Monday to Thursday, and there are also opportunities for Saturday work at an additional rate.
