We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team at MWH Treatment, based in Derby with hybrid working available. This role will support the end-to-end governance process and assist with project takeover.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Document Control for designated projects, ensuring accurate documentation retrieval from key stakeholders.
- Set up projects on Sharepoint, including electronic filing and access management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for document-related queries on BMS.
- Train and coach team members on BMS and document control best practices.
- Coordinate the flow of documents from pre-construction to handover/commissioning.
- Manage and maintain project document and drawing registers.
- Perform quality assurance checks on documentation before uploading.
- Upload documents to relevant systems and manage responses, circulating to the project team for action.
- Attend monthly document control meetings internally and externally.
- Participate in project progress meetings and run RAG reports.
This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have experience in document control and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
