As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring that all factory equipment, including lasers, CNC machinery, and general jigs and fixtures, are in good working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment, including machines, jigs, and fixtures, to maintain high-quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with mechanical and electrical contractors on site to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain work procedures and standards for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Respond to machinery breakdowns and log production issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Support the Technical Resources Services Department in the installation of new equipment.
Requirements:
- Electrically biased with a good mechanical understanding.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve production-related problems.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to make decisions and have accountability for actions.
