We are seeking a Medical Support Specialist to join our team at Chiltern House Medical Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clinical team, ensuring the smooth running of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Manage appointments and patient records with accuracy and efficiency
- Liaise with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies
- Process patient requests and maintain confidentiality
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- GCSE Mathematics & English (C or above)
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
- Experience working in a healthcare setting
