The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to our clients, including medication management, meal preparation, personal care, and social activities. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each client receives seamless care and support.
Key Responsibilities

- Work Collaboratively: You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each client receives seamless care and support.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role, as you will be traveling to clients' homes.
- Good Professional References: We require good professional references from previous employers or education institutions.
