We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Aberdeen City Centre.
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting our recruitment divisions with various administrative tasks related to the full recruitment cycle.
This is a permanent, full-time staff position, offering a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates by telephone
- Answering incoming calls from clients and candidates
- Updating CVs and information for candidates
- Maintaining the pool of available candidates
- Assisting with travel arrangements for contractors
- Developing relationships with clients
In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for assisting with the full recruitment process, from interviewing candidates to confirming their employment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous administration experience (preferable)
- High levels of organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confidence using Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent communication and telephone manner skills
No previous experience in recruitment is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
