Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates by telephone
  • Answering incoming calls from clients and candidates

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for assisting with the full recruitment process, from interviewing candidates to confirming their employment.

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner skills
