We are currently seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Team Recruitment Ltd in Aberdeen City Centre.

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum.

About the role:

  • As a Recruitment Assistant, you will assist our recruitment divisions with administration tasks related to the full recruitment cycle, including updating candidate information and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
  • You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and candidates, updating CVs, and keeping the POB (Personal Opportunities Brief) up-to-date.
  • Your duties will also include assisting with travel arrangements for contractors and building relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Finally, you will assist with the full recruitment process, from interviewing candidates to confirming them for work.

Requirements:

  • Prior administration experience is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided.
  • You should be highly organized, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and confident on the telephone are essential.
