The role of the Integrated Partner Support Professional – Domestic Abuse Specialist at Cranstoun is to champion the organisation's values across the organisation and drive the Cranstoun 'people' agenda ensuring a culture based on fairness, collaboration, and trust.



The successful candidate will strive to make contact and work on a one-to-one basis with survivors/victims of the London Domestic Abuse service. This will involve pro-actively securing engagement, and supporting victims on an ongoing one to one offer, improving the safety of victims/survivors and linking to complementary services.



To achieve this, the Integrated Partner Support Professional – Domestic Abuse Specialist will work in a multi-agency framework with existing agencies to design a coordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours.



Throughout the intervention, the Integrated Partner Support Professional – Domestic Abuse Specialist will work closely with the London Domestic Abuse team and external agencies to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.



This role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and may be subject to vetting based upon location/office space utilised in areas.
