Esher, Surrey, United Kingdom Cranstoun Full time

At Cranstoun, we are committed to creating a culture based on fairness, collaboration, and trust. As an Integrated Partner Support/IDVA Practitioner, you will champion our values across the organisation, ensuring that we provide the best possible support to survivors of domestic abuse.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for making contact with and working one-to-one with survivors/victims of domestic abuse, either face-to-face or online/telephone platforms. This will involve proactively securing engagement and supporting victims on an ongoing basis, improving their safety and linking them to complementary services.

To achieve this, you will work within a multi-agency framework, designing co-ordinated strategic individual intervention plans to address identified needs and risks, and promoting understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention, you will work closely with the London Domestic Abuse team and external agencies to review risk, develop safety plans, and improve outcomes for all parties involved.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced DBS check and access to professional development opportunities.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of survivors of domestic abuse. If you share our commitment to promoting equality and diversity, and are passionate about delivering high-quality support services, we would love to hear from you.
