The company is seeking an exceptional Financial Director to join their senior management team and contribute to their next stage of growth and development. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer, key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the day-to-day smooth operation of the accounting function
- Overseeing and delivering annual budgets and forecasting
- Managing cash flow and liaising with external partners on financial matters
- Leading by example and motivating and developing a highly experienced team to secure the best interests of the company and its customers at all times
- Liaising with internal managers and Directors to prepare reports enhancing performance
- Ad hoc projects in partnership with the Group Chief Financial Officer
Potential candidates will be qualified accountants (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) with industry experience. They will possess a motivational style and a successful track record of leading by example, with a keen eye for detail.
They will have experience of leading and motivating teams and be able to present to senior management and build relationships at all levels. Strong IT skills and a willingness to travel to other group sites when necessary are essential for this rare opportunity to make a real difference and benefit from the backing of an already successful group.
