About the Job

CV Library is looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Operations Control Centre (OCC) and engineering team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in data centre operations, leadership, and facilities management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the maintenance of M&E systems, building fabric, and infrastructure within the campus.
  • Handle BMS alarms and provide critical information to client service desks and senior management.
  • Ensure that health, safety, and quality standards are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage subcontractor activities, including supervision, documentation, and quality checks.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, including root cause analysis and performance metrics.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and formal electrical or mechanical training (City & Guilds Level or higher) are required. Strong experience in data centres or critical environments, with a track record in leadership roles, is also essential. A solid understanding of BMS systems, CAFM software, and operational best practices is necessary.
