Job Description

Sammons Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Scheme Events Operations Professional to join their Scheme Events team. This role involves delivering high-quality administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and checking scheme events processed by other team members to ensure compliance with scheme rules and legislation.
  • Producing bulk statements and mailings, preparing and analysing data, and producing reports.
  • Attending Trustee or client meetings.
  • Providing support and guidance on scheme events through internal and external meetings.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple events and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong technical pensions knowledge and understanding.
  • Strong MS Office skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a flexible hybrid working structure with offices across the UK.
