Job Title: Bank Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bank Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Combs Court in Stowmarket.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to the needs of our services in respect of preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and building projects and repairs at Combs Court.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working with our team to identify and implement improvements to our maintenance processes
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or building role
  • A good understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
