Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Priory Group. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, and building projects and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
  • Assist with building projects and repairs, including carpentry, painting, and electrical work
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance or building role
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
