Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented individual to work in a dynamic and growing Residential Property team. As a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages.
  • Carry out lease extensions and auction transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
  • Comply with all internal and external audits.
  • Share information and best practice with colleagues.
  • Follow the firm's detailed policies and procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
Requirements:
  • Extensive and sound experience of working in residential conveyancing, including complex aspects.
  • Working knowledge of referral arrangements and strong awareness of compliance issues.
  • Business development skills.
  • IT literate with an understanding and willingness to pioneer and embrace system development to build efficiencies.
  • Experience of building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
