Residential Property Solicitor - Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Residential Property team at our head office in Nuneaton. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career progression and leadership development, with clear pathways to management and potential partnership opportunities within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their continued development and growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, case law, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing, ideally gained at the same firm, with experience in managing the entire conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, and prioritizing work to meet business needs.
