About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Mechanic to join our client's warehouse team in Bermuda. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of forklifts and other heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other heavy equipment
  • Conduct condition monitoring and diagnostic tests to identify potential issues
  • Carry out safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and safe operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on forklifts and other heavy equipment
  • Strong mechanical engineering skills and knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Experience with diagnostic equipment and calibration tools
  • Formal equipment certifications a plus
